  1. This new version makes a change in the key file. All registered users
  2. will need to contact me by any of the means described in the doc file.
  3. The prefered method is by the Bailey Info Exchange BBS. A new key file
  4. will be made for you immediately and either made available for you to
  5. download or sent via crash netmail. Sorry for any inconvience, but this
  6. change was necessary for new features being implemented.
